1. Booking

• The booking is considered confirmed only after our written communication (email or message) and, when required, the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay
• The balance will be due upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and No-show

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival
• In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the deposit will be retained as compensation
• For cancellations due to documentable force majeure, we will try to offer a voucher usable within 6 months.

• Small pets are allowed, subject to prior notice and payment of a daily supplement of €15.

• The B&B declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left unattended in the rooms or common areas..
