The LAPIS apartment, with an independent entrance, is arranged on a single level and consists of:

• A bedroom with exposed stone ceilings and a distinctive double bed, double pillows, and a television;
• A comfortable living room with stone ceiling, sofa, and a fully equipped functional kitchen featuring an induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher;
• An Italian-style bathroom with wood paneling and Devon & Devon ceramics, a large shower, hairdryer, towels, courtesy bath kits for men and women, and complimentary slippers.
