The LUX apartment is laid out over multiple levels. The first floor features a spacious reception hall, adorned with frescoes and exposed local stone arches, blending classical and artistic Apulian style with modern comfort and safety, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. You can enjoy the pleasure of spending time at home between the many interesting excursions around Martina Franca — sipping tea or coffee in fine Bavarian porcelain, playing the piano, or listening to music on a vintage gramophone. The living area is completed by a comfortable fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.A distinctive staircase leads to the second floor, where a small foyer gives access to the sleeping area, consisting of two spacious bedrooms, each finely furnished in its own style and equipped with all comforts:The first bedroom features an elegant King Size bed, fine linens, double pillows, vaulted stone ceilings, a television, and a wardrobe.The second bedroom is cheerful and spacious, with a pitched ceiling and exposed beams, bright and welcoming, furnished with a comfortable King Size bed (option for twin beds), fine linens, double pillows, and a television. From this room, you can access a charming livable terrace where you can relax and enjoy peaceful evenings.There is also a stylish Italian bathroom with wood paneling and Devon & Devon ceramics, a large separate shower, hairdryer, towels, courtesy bath kits for men and women, and complimentary slippers.
